Welcome to the website on the EU Country & Regional Programming to ACP countries

This website is a tool for civil society actors in ACP countries and in Europe to follow the discussions on the programming of aid to ACP countries under the 10th European Development Fund (2008-2013). Indeed the European Commission is currently programming aid to 78 countries in Africa, Caribbean and the Pacific. The aid programme covers 22.8 billion euros over the 5 year period.

This site aims to share information on this process. It brings together information from the European Commission and from the negotiations in particular countries and regions. It is intended as a tool that can be used to ensure that the programming process is transparent and accountable.

We invite any civil society actor to contribute to the website and post information. For further information please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
